As the days getting warmer and longer, fields are getting greener and breeze is softer. In China, April is a month for visiting graveyards and out in the countryside, these are called "Sao Mu", Tomb sweeping, and "Ta Qing", stepping on the greens.
Naturally we have seasonally food for the spring picnic too! you will find on my April menu, the Nettle sticky Rice Cake, a sweet and chewy snack that is very good for you, and the sticky rice chicken served on lettuce leaves that is bursting with flavour.
