Instructions
Heat up the water for your steamer if you have one. Pre heat the oven to 200ËšC.
Sha Cha Fry Rice
Heat up a wok or fry pan, add the fry rice, stir around for 3 minutes to heat up evenly, add garnish in tub 1. Mix well and serve hot.
Youtiao (fried crispy bread sticks)
Place the You Tiao on a baking tray and into the pre heated oven for 5 minutes, or in air fryer for 2 minutes. cool down slightly and serve with some soup.
Chicken Sweetcorn Soup
Pour the soup into a small saucepan, bring to boil, add the contents of tub 2, mix well and serve hot.
Lion’s Head
In a small saucepan, boil 150ml of water, add the lion’s head, bring to boil, turn down the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes, then add the vegetables and glass noodles, boil for further 5 minutes, then add the contents of tub 3, mix well and serve hot with rice and the spicy black bean sauce in tub 4.
Fish in Spicy Pickled Vegetables Soup
Place the pickled vegetables in a small saucepan with lid, add 100 ml of water, bring to boil. Add the fish slices, bring to boil again, and let it boil for 3 minutes, turn the fish pieces gently and make sure there is no pink bits. while wating, heat up two table spoons of cooking oil in a small frying pan until it is smoking, add the herbs in tub 5 to the pot of fish, then pour the hot oil over it. Mix well and serve hot.
Crispy Fried Oyster Mushrooms
Place the mushrooms in a baking try and into the pre heated oven for 3 minutes, or in air fryer to 2 minutes, sprinkle contents of tub 6, serve warm.
Tofu Stick Stir Fry
Heat up a frying pan or wok, add the tofu stick and veg, stir around for 3 minutes, add the contents of tub 7, mix well and serve hot with rice.
Jasmine Rice
Place the rice in a bowl and steam for 5 minutes or microwave on full power for 1 minute.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Spoon the sauce in tub 8 over the pudding, heat it up in microwave on full power for 2 minutes, serve with fresh whipped cream.
